您好。根据我们的实践经验，建议您在合同中做如下约定：All disputes arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to Qingdao Arbitration Commission/Qingdao International Arbitration Center for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the Parties.
